Meet Connie Gendreau!
Connie graduated from hair school in 1989 and began her career by owning a salon in Burlington before opening and co-owning a salon in Vergennes. In 2018, she purchased Waterfalls Day Spa with a vision to expand the spa’s offerings by adding hair services — and she did just that! Connie is passionate about creating a luxurious, relaxing, and positive experience for every guest while also fostering a welcoming environment for her team. Her dedication to beauty, wellness, and exceptional service continues to shape the spa’s growth.

Hi, I’m Channler!
You may recognize me as the friendly face greeting you when you walk into the spa. I’ve been part of Waterfalls since 2017 and have loved watching it grow into the beautiful place it is today while working alongside such an amazing team. From scheduling your services to managing our social media, I wear many hats around here! One of my favorite parts of the job is meeting new guests and catching up with the familiar faces I’ve gotten to know over the years.
Fun fact: I’m also part of one of our mother-daughter duos here at the spa… any guesses who my mom is?

Amanda Rock has joined us this year and has already been such a wonderful addition to our team! While Amanda mainly focuses on hair services, she also offers mani/pedis, waxing services, and an amazing facial (or so our guests keep telling us 😉).

Meet Casey Fitzgerald!
Casey is one of the talented massage therapists here at Waterfalls Salon & Spa. While she’s mainly been available on Saturdays, starting at the end of June she’ll also be here Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays — and the Waterfalls team is counting down the days! Casey’s goal is for every guest to leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated after their service.
