December is the month of giving back. Thats why we are continuing our holiday tradition of one free poinsettia for every patient who comes in December! Our passed down custom we have continued in the Caskey Wellness Center since the 1984.

So when you step into the office, feel free to grab whichever poinsettia catches your eye! 🌺

If you've noticed you have been more fatigued and have had less motivation now that the cold weather is here, it may just be your natural mammalian side looking to hibernate like all the other animals!

In regard with schools, it would be very curious to see how performance would change or improve if students were actually able to rest and digest during the season of recovery. Thanks to the light bulb and heating systems, schools and businesses can operate fully year round. But just because we can keep schools and businesses open does not mean it is necessarily the best option for our health.

Just a thought!
