What to do the rest of the month if you want to continue your healthy body and mind New Year Resolutions?
Other days of the month: eat healthy Whole Foods (vegetables fruit, fish and poultry, or beans) and donโt eat from dinner to breakfast or lunch (interval fast).
When not eating, drinking water, coffee, tea, and carbonated water are fine. Do not add condiments to these. Please take a multivitamin every day and vitamin D3 2000 IU with a meal. Walk 30 minutes every day. Sleep 7 hours a night. Visualize a healthy you!
Warning: This program cannot be used if you are pregnant, have active heart disease, recent heart attack, or have kidney or liver failure. You must be over 18 years of age and normal weight (BMI greater than 20), also avoid if allergic to the foods in the program.
If you have diabetes, tell your doctor you are doing a fast mimicking program. Do cut your metformin to 1/2 the dose when fasting. You may also cut your insulin dose in half if your sugar gets below normal 2-3 days into the fast.
The expected weight loss is greater than 20 pounds in 6 months. Especially if you stay focused throughout. If you have diabetes, your diabetes will be improved and, in some cases, reversed. Your inflammation decreased. Your muscle mass is preserved while your weight decreases.
