This past Saturday I co-facilitated a family constellations workshop with a colleague Wayne Cina. I did a sound bath before the meditation and it was beautiful to see how people connected so well to the sound and The Field.

I love Family Constellations and facilitating constellations circles. It is such a beautifully magical process. It’s so hard to explain and you really have to be a part of it to understand the powerful healing tool that it is for so many.

It’s such a great way to work with the ancestors and break generational patterns that just don’t work. That’s why I added it to my toolkit and I’m adding it to my retreats (Costa Rica May 4-10, 2025)

I’ll be doing another all day Family Constellations and Sound healing meditation workshop in February 2025.

Did you know that I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist and energy healing practitioner?

I’m a forever student so throughout the years my own spiritual growth has lead me to help people in a more holistic way.

We can’t work with the mind and forget about the body and the soul.

Throughout my own healing journey I found original healing modalities that worked so well in conjunction with psychotherapy.

So just reminding you I help people heal all of their bodies- mental, physical and energetic.

I’m a shamanic reiki master teacher, an adjunct faculty member at Shamanic Reiki Worldwide, 🌀crystal dreaming teacher(message me and ask me about this) sounds healing practitioner, family constellations facilitator, breath work facilitator and ancestral healing retreat facilitator.

I’ve recently started offering clients 2 hour sessions, with the first hour as a psychotherapy appointment and the second hour doing energy work around what we talked about. This is not fully covered by insurance, because they suck and don’t cover this length of time for treatment. I know not everyone can afford to work this way either, but…

Working this way, I’ve seen clients blossom and heal at an accelerated pace.
