Through our time together, I have shared bits and pieces of my story, including my experiences with anxiety, weight loss, and feeling like I was drowning in motherhood.
My yoga journey played a huge part in my transformation and success as I navigated through these different areas of my life.
I strongly believe that to be the best versions of ourselves and for our families, we need to do the hard inner work, with yoga playing a significant role.
However, I’ve realized that I’ve put myself in a box, by only talking about yoga and self-care. In reality, there is so much more involved. While I often discuss the body, mind, and heart, I’ve been missing one crucial pillar: the home.
I want you to have the special needs motherhood of your dreams. I want you to live a life so full and so big that you never dared dream it possible. To help you achieve that, the approach needs to be multidimensional. I want to offer advice, tips, and support that cover all aspects of this journey.
So, I’m making a small shift to share more, not less. This change will allow me to share the other aspects of my life that truly light me up, including behind-the-scenes glimpses into how I run our home and set it up for success through routines, schedules, systems, and more.
From now on, you can look forward to content about yoga/ health, personal growth/self-love, as well as practical home management tips and tricks, all aimed at supporting you in this season of motherhood.
I am very excited to add this aspect of home to our self-care pillars and to share even more of my story with you.
