It's a FAN FAVE! We are surrendering into our YIN Poses specifically sequenced for a full-body experience of these 7 Chakra energy centers. This is such a relaxing and centering practice, don't miss it. We meet on Tuesday nights at 6:30 pm, Wed and Thursday mornings at 10:30 and 9:30am respectively. Transformation Center Madison includes yoga with your membership and has drop-in options for non-members.

Consider adding a new habit in 2026. Add Recovery Yoga at Transformation Center Madison to your wellness routine. It's included in your membership and we have drop-in options for non-members. It's giving dark room, twinkle lights, calming playlists and armoatherpary vibes. We meet Tuesday nights at 6:30 pm, Wed and Thursday mornings 10:30 and 9:30 am respectively. This week we will "Let the Body Lead" with gentle movement in the spine, hips and pelvis. We will practice new poses for deep stretch in the upper and side body and surrender deeply into our favorite YIN poses.

Join me at Transformation Center Madison today at 10:30 am to cultivate inner peace. Through our breath practice, mindfulness exercises, and Yin Yoga Asanas, we will focus on finding peace in the present moment and within our bodies. Our practice will feature a passive hamstring stretch in strap, reclined butterfly with strap option, Cat/Cow, Dragon series, and passive shoulder opener with neck and shoulder mobility poses as transitions. Please note that I will not be teaching at Harbor this week, and there will be no yoga classes on Thursday, December 25, at TC.

Our practice will feature a supported, seated Butterfly, supported Swan pose, supported Bridge, lying twists, and supported Sphinx pose, with hip and back mobility poses as transitions.

Let's Return to Light this week in our yoga classes at Transformation Center Madison Harbor Athletic Club & Wellness Studios & City of Middleton, Wisconsin . Our flow class will include an accessible, gentle sun salutation, while our Recovery sessions will focus on deep stillness in all of our energy centers, so a full body stretch and meditation on release and renewal as we enter the new year.
