Today we celebrate Ainsley’s heavenly birthday - the brave, radiant girl whose smile sparked a movement.

From her first race in 2008 to the nationwide impact that followed, Ainsley showed the world that inclusion has no limits. Her legacy lives on through Ainsley’s Angels - riders, runners, families, volunteers, all sharing miles, joy, and finish lines together.

Today we honor her by continuing the mission she inspired: educate, advocate, celebrate inclusion for all.

Happy heavenly birthday, sweet Ainsley. Your wings continue to lift us.

💪💗🪽 One Team, One Dream! Yesterday’s Madison Marathon was freezing and windy, but our amazing duo - Rider Gabe and our Angel Ally Abby - didn’t let that stop them! 🥶💨 They powered through the half marathon 13.1 miles... and Abby even gave Gabe piggyback rides through miles 7 and 12! 😂🙌

Girls on the Run of South Central Wisconsin Fall 5K on this cold but beautiful morning! Madison Ambassador Julia Miller works for GOTR but organized 5 teams of riders and runners. 2 couldn't make it, and Lead Guardian Angel Jim Steffen reorganized the teams for a fun, safe, and successful time by all!

✨☀️ What a beautiful and special day! Yesterday marked two meaningful milestones for our ambassadorship: our 5th consecutive year participating in the Run Wild Zoo Run and our 4th anniversary as Ainsley’s Angels in Madison, Wisconsin! 🎉👩‍🦽🏃‍♀️💗🪽

This event has become a cornerstone of our community, bringing together riders, runners, and families to celebrate inclusion and the joy of movement. We are grateful for everyone who has supported our mission over the past four years, and we look forward to continuing this journey together.

We are especially thankful to the Henry Vilas Zoo for inviting and including us every year. Congrats on another successful event! 🦁🐅🦩💗🪽

☀️😎 What a beautiful day we had, "running" a Run Aid Station at IRONMAN Wisconsin for the 70.3 race. Congratulations to all the incredible athletes who competed today! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

And we LOVED that this year's volunteer shirts are PINK! 💗😅

One of our riders/volunteers received 7 bracelets from runners, and so did several other volunteers at our station! At IRONMAN races, athletes receive a special red wristband that they’re encouraged to gift to a volunteer who stood out and made a meaningful difference during the event. It’s part of the IRONMAN Foundation's Volunteer Appreciation Program, symbolizing appreciation and unity between athletes and volunteers.

Huge thanks to ALL of our volunteers who joined us today! 💗🙌

This will be our 4th year volunteering to host an aid station for the Half Ironman event, and this year we will be in the same beautiful location we were last year, Olbrich Park next to Lake Monona!

You will get snacks, lunch, beverages, and a volunteer shirt. You are invited to the volunteer banquet on Monday, September 8th, with dinner, raffles, and lots of give aways. And most importantly, we will have so much fun together for a good cause!

If a volunteer shift is full, please comment below and I will reach out to you. We will be glad to have as many volunteers that want to show up. Thank you!
