FOOD FOR THOUGHT

You can avoid alcohol, drugs, sugar, salt, wheat,
dairy and carbohydrates your whole entire life,
You can exercise, meditate
and focus half your day on your health...

But if you are swallowing your dreams,
your ambitions, your regrets, your fears,
your desires and your bitterness on a daily basis,
you will suffer my friend.

For nothing,
nothing,
rots the flesh more,
than the negative emotions,
we ram down our own throats,
on a daily basis.

Food for thought.

Say your truths,
live your own way,
be yourself,
accept who you are,
accept who others are too,
share your dreams,
honour your desires,
chase your ambitions,
or don’t.

Perhaps your ambition is quite simply to be peaceful.
Whatever it is you choose to do,
give yourself peace.

It’s the most healing and rejuvenating path of them all.

Hello to All !
I hope this finds you well and rested 😊
I will be doing a " soft" reopening starting next week. Please be patient while I initially schedule lightly ,as it may take some time to fit everyone in until we reach our new normal.
As we enter back into the massage world we will find many new standard practices in place to keep all safe and healthy...
I will be motioning or calling each person into the building for your session.
I will be wearing a mask and ask that you do the same. If you don't have one I will supply you with a disposable mask.
There will be a short consent form for you to sign and initial.
I will be taking my temperature daily and will take yours prior to session.
If you or your family are traveling we will schedule 14 days post your trip.
There will be no facial or scalp massage until further notice.
I'll request all use hand sanitizer prior to session( provided).
Please either have your own pen or payment made out before hand.
There will be disposable face cradle covers instead of the flannel ones.
Unfortunately my signature candy dish and water/ juice will not be available at this time.
My table, doorknobs and hard surfaces will be disinfected after each session along with me changing my apron and face mask.
Whew! I'm sure I've missed something, but these are the basics.
Know that I will be smiling under my mask as we come together again 😃

Hi to All,
Due to concerns over the current COVID-19, I will be seeing all of my wonderful people up until the end of this week. Though all precautionary cleaning measures are being taken between each session, I feel a temporary closing is best until this current situation we find ourselves in starts to settle down.
We have shared so much throughout the years and know that we are all going through this together...
I will be making many personal calls this week to schedule further appt. down the road.
May you and your family / friends be well at this time and know, this too shall pass. Looking forward to sharing our stories soon.

And the people stayed home. And read books, and listened, and rested, and exercised, and made art, and played games, and learned new ways of being, and were still.

Many of you may know, the ownership at The Old Middleton Center( our location during the last 12 yrs) has changed hands. Demotlition and reconstruction is planned for the entire property and the first phase is underway. We both have enjoyed our cute and quiet space and have known for some time that we needed to make a move. With that said, we have chosen to relocate The Knot Spot!!
