We are so happy to welcome Kelsey Welch to the LumiSol community 🤍

With over 5 years of yoga teaching experience, she brings a beautiful balance of movement and stillness to her classes. Grounded in both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, she offers space to explore strength, release, surrender, and presence.

She also holds a Master’s degree in Music and has a deep connection to sound, which she weaves gently into her offerings to support emotional awareness, relaxation, and healing.

In a fast-paced world, her classes are an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect — body, mind, and nervous system.

We just had our wonderful midday yin yoga class with sound bath with Kelsey.
Amazing experience, business from the morning melt away, tension softened, inner calm and happiness restored. Best way to continue the rest of the day.
Reserve your spot for Thursday. We have these classes every Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12 pm. 1 hour for a nervous system reset.
You will thank yourself doing it.

Today it was harder, somehow I got a cold…maybe the airplane, maybe detoxifying…Who knows! Still worked on Asanas, Pranayamas, Meditation….
