We are so happy to welcome Kelsey Welch to the LumiSol community 🤍

With over 5 years of yoga teaching experience, she brings a beautiful balance of movement and stillness to her classes. Grounded in both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, she offers space to explore strength, release, surrender, and presence.

She also holds a Master’s degree in Music and has a deep connection to sound, which she weaves gently into her offerings to support emotional awareness, relaxation, and healing.

In a fast-paced world, her classes are an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect — body, mind, and nervous system.
