🌟 Spring Wellness Recipes: Gut-Healing & Immune-Boosting Treats
🥞 Gut-Healing Overnight Oats
A probiotic-rich, fiber-packed breakfast to support digestion and overall health.
Ingredients:
• ½ cup rolled oats
• ¾ cup kefir (or yogurt)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp raw honey
• ¼ cup berries or sliced banana
• Nuts/seeds for topping
Instructions:
Mix oats, kefir, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and cinnamon in a jar.
Stir in honey and fruit.
Refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy in the morning with your favorite toppings!
🥜 Fermented Honey: Nature’s Immune Booster
This powerful, enzyme-rich honey supports gut health and helps fight infections.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup raw honey
• 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
• 1 small piece of ginger, sliced
• (Optional: Lemon zest or fresh thyme)
Instructions:
Place garlic and ginger in a clean jar.
Cover with raw honey and stir.
Loosely cover the jar and let sit at room temperature for 3-5 days, stirring daily.
Use as a natural sweetener or immune-boosting remedy!
