Today reminded us why we do what we do.
A new patient came in this morning for a SoftWave® TRT trial, moving slowly, head down, in obvious pain. She’s been out of work due to severe hip pain and had been told by her orthopedist that she would need bilateral hip replacement surgery. Diagnostic Imaging showed severe osteoarthritis.
She traveled to see us from out of state, hoping — and praying — for non-surgical relief.
After meeting Dr. Diego, she had her SoftWave trial session. When she stood up afterward, she stopped… and then she began to weep.
Her pain was gone.
She looked at us in disbelief, smiling through tears, saying how grateful she felt. She walked out of the room like a different person — and we could still hear her joy echoing as she exclaimed “YES!” all the way to the parking lot.
She shared that she had been praying for relief, and that SoftWave felt like an answered prayer.
Today, she begins her full 10‑session SoftWave program for both hips — and we are honored to be part of her journey.
