We just got back from a little family trip to Wildwood 🥰

Out of an entire trip, this is the only photo we have of eachother 😂

Not at the beach. Not during a sunset. Not even at dinner. Just this one, in front of a plane at the aviation museum—sweaty, tired, and 47% done with each other 😂

But this picture? It still says everything. No matter what it is, we are in it. Together. 💕

We’ve been working so hard—on the business, on ourselves, on holding it all together—that this little trip was needed!! And even though nothing went quite as planned, it reminded us why we keep going.

Starting a business. Building a new life. Learning as we go. Holding it down at work, at home, in love, and in chaos.

It’s not always Instagram-worthy, but it’s real. And honestly, we wouldn’t trade it.

🌟 Spring Wellness Recipes: Gut-Healing & Immune-Boosting Treats

🥞 Gut-Healing Overnight Oats
A probiotic-rich, fiber-packed breakfast to support digestion and overall health.

Ingredients:
• ½ cup rolled oats
• ¾ cup kefir (or yogurt)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp raw honey
• ¼ cup berries or sliced banana
• Nuts/seeds for topping

Instructions:

Mix oats, kefir, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and cinnamon in a jar.
Stir in honey and fruit.
Refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy in the morning with your favorite toppings!

🥜 Fermented Honey: Nature’s Immune Booster
This powerful, enzyme-rich honey supports gut health and helps fight infections.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup raw honey
• 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
• 1 small piece of ginger, sliced
• (Optional: Lemon zest or fresh thyme)

Instructions:

Place garlic and ginger in a clean jar.

Loosely cover the jar and let sit at room temperature for 3-5 days, stirring daily.
