Transformation, renewal, and cleansing are the messages from Tree Frog. This little guy has been hanging around for about a week now. In my personal life I am in the process of a move and blending my partner and my families together. Spirit is saying, “Transform your life, renew your boundaries and vows to yourself, and cleanse yourself from the stress of the past.” Thank you, Universe, for your messages of hope and love.

Our pain and suffering becomes our strength. This is a powerful life lesson. Aligning with all parts of ourselves, not fighting or denying those things that cause us difficulty or discomfort, acknowledging the broken pieces…. That’s where the Light gets in, that’s where the real healing happens. As with any difficult situation, seeing it and accepting it just as it is (not how we want it to be) is the first step.

Sit with it, identify it, feel it, move through it, accept it, move forward.

I received a long overdue and much needed Reiki session from my teacher, Seven Embers Healing Sandi Liscinsky, Reiki Master, yesterday. The message? My take away? I am enough, I am strong, I *know* I can… 🚂🚂🚂

💫 I can move forward while still processing the past.
~
❤️‍🩹I can grieve and heal simultaneously.
~
🌀I can share my gift and my story with all of you. I stand in the knowledge that Reiki and light work are my soul’s purpose.
~
🌅 And most importantly, I do not need to be afraid.

I was meditating last night and I felt this. An undeniable shift in energy. I felt the heavy resentment toward myself, my ex-husband, and my past mistakes slip away. I felt my heart chakra open, my throat chakra relax, and my soul and nervous system settle. I am holding that feeling close today and applying it to all I see, hear, and feel moving forward. I invite you to sit with this message today, during this potent and beautiful portal, and let something(s) go. Practice love, give love, and be love. 💜☮️🕉️ Namaste. 🙏

It’s been a long and difficult year trudging through the mud of change post-divorce but I really feel as though my lotus is about to bloom so vibrantly with more attention to my Reiki practice, to self care and to my reactions, simultaneously stepping into my purpose.
