Ready to deepen your healing practice and learn how to work with sound as medicine?

Join us for a hands-on Sound Healing Certification Series beginning August 31 at Middletown Sound in Middletown, CT!

This immersive 6-month training is all about learning by doing—you’ll gain direct experience working with:

✨ Crystal and metal singing bowls
✨ Gongs
✨ Drums
✨ Rainsticks
✨ Chimes, tuning forks & more

Whether you’re new to sound healing or ready to deepen your practice, this series will teach you how to confidently use sound to support yourself and others—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

🎁 Each participant will receive a set of three crystal singing bowls to keep—so you’ll leave not just certified, but fully equipped to begin offering sound sessions right away.

Hello friends!

We want to let everyone know that Synergy Holistic is now officially closed. Thank you to all who supported us along the way. It’s been a beautiful journey, and we’re so grateful for the memories shared in this space.

A new home studio has been opened where you can still see Laura for massage, sound healing, sound healing certification trainings and more! Plus, we plan to be offering some mini-retreats there soon as well!

🎉 Scenes from Today’s Nourish and Nurture Event! 🌿

Always such a fun and fulfilling day! Everyone had the opportunity to enjoy private sessions including massage, facial reflexology, and life coaching, while as a group, we:
✨ Created personal journals filled with new goals for the New Year
✨ Blended our own foot soaks to take home and enjoy
✨ Made delicious energy bites with healthy ingredients to keep us energized
✨ Relaxed during a soothing foot soak with herbs and flowers
✨ Ended the day with a calming sound bath
