💜 Young love is powerful — and so is early education.

Talking to your teen about relationships isn’t about taking away their innocence - it’s about giving them the language, tools, and support to stay safe.

Here are a few gentle ways to start the conversation 👇

Ask open-ended questions like: “What does a healthy relationship look like to you?”
Talk about what respect looks and feels like.
Normalize setting boundaries and saying no.
Discuss red flags in relationships.
Remind them they can always come to you without judgment!
Keep the door open. It's not just one talk and done, but ongoing conversations.

💜 If your teen is struggling with boundaries, self-worth, or navigating relationships, therapy can help them feel supported and empowered.

I know change often feels overwhelming — new semester, new job, new season of life. It can feel like too many tabs open at once, or like you’re being asked to let go of things before you’re ready.

But just like the summer changes into fall, change doesn’t mean failure or loss. It can be a release, a reset, and a reminder that growth is happening even when it feels uncomfortable. ✨

💛 Gentle reminder → the messy middle of change is still part of something beautiful.

🍁 Fall is a season of change + let it be your reminder to slow down and reset, too.. Your mind, body, and boundaries deserve the same care you give everyone else.

🫶🏼 Try one of these resets this week — even a small shift can make a big difference.

You are not alone. 💚
1 in 5 adults experience a mental illness every year. Mental Illness Awareness Week is a reminder that if you’re struggling, you don’t have to do it in silence.

✨ Reaching out for help is a sign of strength.
✨ Talking about mental health is how we fight stigma.
✨ Healing is possible.

My style of therapy is about meeting you where you are, without judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing you down, find strategies that actually fit your life, and create space for you to feel more like yourself again. 🌱
