Did you hear?!? We opened a second location in downtown Middletown for the holiday season 🙌🎄❤️🌎

We soft launched it last weekend and we’re still working hard to get it nice and ready to make everyone’s SUSTAINABLE GIFTING dreams come true 🧑🏼‍🎄🎁❤️🌎

The downtown location is inside the Main Street Market, right across the hall from the entrance to Perk on Main, and will be filled with SUSTAINABLE and NON TOXIC gifts (think, our bestsellers, books, bath products, crafts, toys, etc.), holiday decor, wrapping options, and more! 🌱🌎

We’ll also be expanding the collection of FUNCTIONAL BEVERAGES that we introduced last winter ✨🌿🫧

This week, both locations will be CLOSED for Thanksgiving, and ONLY the Main Street Market Holiday Shop will be open for Black Friday and Small Business Saturday. Both locations will be open on Sunday 🗓️

Please note, there is no Refill Station at the holiday shop, so please save your refills for Wednesday, Sunday, or regular shop hours after this week 😊🙏❤️

🌿 We’re Hiring! Full-Time Retail Position at Reboot Eco 🌿

Reboot Eco is growing, and we’re looking for someone awesome to join our team!
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and hard-working person who loves helping people make more sustainable choices. This position includes both retail and behind-the-scenes work - from chatting with customers about non-toxic products and zero waste living to keeping the refill station stocked and the shop organized.

What we’re looking for:
✨ Great customer service and communication skills
💪 Comfort lifting and carrying heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
🛍️ Ability to stay on your feet for retail shifts
🌎 Interest in zero waste and non-toxic living
🤝 Dependable, positive attitude, and ready to be part of a small but mighty team

Hours: 25–35 hours per week (some flexibility)
Pay: Based on experience and qualifications

If you’re passionate about sustainability and want to be part of a local business working toward real change, we’d love to hear from you!

🛒 Retail experience is preferred, and we’re looking for someone interested in being part of the team long-term - this is not a seasonal position.

Join Us for our next Monthly Repair Café, this Sunday 8/3 from 11-2!

The Reboot Eco Repair Café is a free community event where our volunteer repair experts help fix household items and clothing, keeping them out of the landfill and giving them new life! It’s also a great opportunity to learn hands-on repair skills and sustainable habits that can help you extend the life of your belongings.

To help us create a smooth flow and reduce wait times, we encourage you to book a time slot in advance. When registering, please provide a brief description of what you’d like repaired. This helps our volunteers prepare and ensures we have the right tools and expertise on hand. While we can’t guarantee every item can be fixed, we’ll do our best to help—and you might even pick up some repair skills along the way!

Our Repair Cafe partners and main repair experts are Mister Fix This and Jon’s Repairs. They are able to assist with the following repairs, among others:

- Small household appliances (vacuums, blenders, lamps, fans, etc.)
- Clothing & Gear (rips/holes, broken zippers, frayed edges, torn pockets/straps, etc.)
- We are always up for a new challenge so if you can carry it, sign up for our next event and let us take a look.
Our skilled repair experts are happy to take a look at your items and perform any small repairs during the event for free (payment is required for parts needed to complete the repair). If any repairs require more time or more specific tools, they will recommend a course of action which may be as easy and convenient as them taking it home to repair and return to you when complete. More complex or time-consuming repairs may require a (negotiable) fee to offset labor and overhead. Consider any costs an investment in your community, and a contribution to a more sustainable lifestyle.
