I am not the trainer who will take before and after pictures, track your weight or monitor your caloric intake. I AM the trainer who will help you find pain-free movement, strength, mobility, trust and confidence in yourself. Workouts don’t have to look a certain way or last a specific amount of time to be valuable. Through the past six years of working with clients, I have discovered my true magic is not in strict training programs, but rather in meeting my clients where they’re at in the moment and building from there. When we train for longevity and overall health, it’s important to flow with what IS instead of forcing or fixing. All my clients find they leave each session feeling better than when they arrived, and that is incredibly rewarding as a wellness professional. Having shifted my own relationship with my body over the past few years, I notice my workouts are more of a ritual than an obligation or even punishment (yes, I used to go too hard when I ate foods I deemed “bad”!) .
