As Thanksgiving approaches, so many struggle with being estranged from family. This is a really good podcast. Please share with others and remember….not every person is a narcissist, and if your therapist has NEVER met or diagnosed the family member you are estranged from there are generational & cultural differences. 💕 Boundaries are not about distance, they are about learning to be assertive while still loving someone.
