Some may know this but some may not .. Senior living can cost I've heard up to 12,000 a MONTH ! that's 144,000.00 a yea...

Some may know this but some may not ..
Senior living can cost I've heard up to 12,000 a MONTH ! that's 144,000.00 a year ! Not Kidding. That over 700,000.00 if you live 5 years in a facility. If you are in a private pay facility and you run out of money you need to move to a medicaid approved facility. They are not easy to find. People are living longer. They are out living their money.

This is where we want to help. We don't want to force ppl to move. We plan on continuing their care with us. It will take about a year or so to get approved once we are open . This is a business and we have to be able to pay the staff and pay them well but by no means are we going to take advantage of people.
This is my home town and I love my hometown .
I did a tour last week and we have several people ready to move in . Keep us in your prayers as we move forward this week for some of our behind the scene things like ... new resident call system. Updated safety and fire prevention measures.
Water Finally being turned on .
Then we will be ready for the state firemarshall inspection, city of Middletown inspection and then the state inspection.
This has been a huge learning experience and I'm so thankful to the people that have helped get all our ducks in a row. !
