We kicked off the fall season with some good old-fashioned apple bobbing fun!
The sunshine, laughter, and shared memories filled the day with warmth as we splashed, cheered, and laughed our way into the apples. ��

Mrs.Flori was admitted to Grand Islander Rehab after enduring a fall at home. She had been experiencing an exacerbation of symptoms, including weakness related to her ongoing battle with cancer. When Mrs.Flori was evaluated by therapy she needed significant assistance with her mobility and self care due to deconditioning. Through working with OT, PT and ST daily she was able to gradually engage in meaningful activities again. Day by day she became stronger with physical therapy and regained her strength, balance and endurance! Mrs.Flori was highly motivated to take care of herself again and at the time she was discharged from Grand Islander she was back to her independence! Mrs.Flori has been a pleasure to work with and we wish her all the best at home!
