I got myself on the bike this morning with no hesitation, trepidation or procrastination!

Andrea and I recommitted to the Roman 180 Plan and in just one Month I feel dramatically different. I have lost 5 pounds. I feel like my inflammation in my body and pain levels are down 80%. I haven’t felt like getting up and getting on my bike in months! You can feel amazing also, but you do have to put in the discipline. It’s really not hard, but it is difficult to stay focused. Good luck

Nutrient dense foods. Please Google that. Please understand what that means.

Sardines are considered a nutrient dense food. Incredibly important! I can’t tell you how much better my body feels since I have been replacing one meal a day with mostly sardines, but sometimes canned tuna and salmon. I just don’t really like tuna or salmon that much. And I don’t really like chicken either. That’s tough when you like lifting weights and I’m supposed to be eating all this protein, but I choose to get it this way.

Then we have a whole wheat bread.
Mayonnaise, roasted red, bell pepper, artichoke hearts, a little extra-virgin olive oil, sliced up some homemade pickles from Andrea’s mom, lemon zest and topped with mozzarella cheese and toasted in the toaster oven. Delicious!

Biceps was the focus for weights. Felt great to do some stretching and pushups though.
I tell my clients anymore I feel like a bartender. People come to me to get torn up but I have to know when to cut them off. I literally say you’re cut off. You’re done, leave my bar. That’s literally how it is guys. You have to know when enough is enough and how much you can handle. Good luck.
