Establised in 2004, Middletown Massage Therapy Associates, LLC is a sole practitioner owned and operated private massage therapy practice. All massages are by appointment only and administered by owner and licensed massage therapist Heidi L. My practice focuses on the relief of chronic pain and stress, as well as the needs of women during pregnancy, delivery and post-delivery. I also assist in community volunteer events, educating the general public as to the benefits of massage, and raising awareness as to how massage can assist in the healthy management of stress.
