Middletown Chiropractic is a private practice dedicated to providing personal and compassionate care for our patients. In practice since 1993, we treat our patients as individuals and truly keep their best interests at heart. Our practice continues to grow and we are proud of our wonderful reviews from patients. We treat patients both young and “experienced” and provide care for a variety of conditions including; general pain and discomfort, headaches, muscle strains and sprains, sciatica, scoliosis, TMJ, care during pregnancy, sports injuries, and many, many more. Dr. Romano provides gentle hands-on adjustments, as well as utilization of the activator adjustment tool, trigger point therapy, electric stimulation, heat/ice therapy, and ultrasound.

We accept many insurances including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Empire NYSHIP, Orange-Ulster School Districts, 1199, Cigna, Emblem/GHI, Medicare, No Fault (automobile accidents), Oxford, and United Healthcare. We also offer very affordable Self Pay rates for those patients without insurance, or with less than ideal coverage. Don’t see your insurance on the list?
