The call continues to be heard, and my heart says it is time to respond, for we are ready to gather in shared sacred space together again.

It’s been almost one year as a new Mother, catching my own daughter safe in our home. It has been a full year growing into this role and acclimating energetically to the new cosmic access the portal of birth blasts us into.

It’s ready to overflow and be shared with community, through hands of love and the vessels of ceremony, cacao medicine and self care tools.

We tend to the body by physically gathering and shifting together sip by sip and moment by moment into elevated energetic states drinking our cacao.

We tend to our minds through guided relaxation and a group hypnosis for peace and contentment. Each journey is channeled and designed uniquely for each group gathered. Hypnotherapy is simply accessing our subconscious mind through deep relaxation to ‘rewrite’ stories and beliefs that may have been true in the past, but for the Us today are no longer serving. A ‘software update’ with programs for joy, success and empowerment for our minds 😉

And we tend to our spirits with the palpable healing energies that flow in our ceremonies, hearing truths and wisdoms that resonate and receiving sound waves from Gongs made of ancient metals and Crystal sounds bowls.
