We had our very first retreat, and definitely not our last. The beautiful views, the incredible self healing, the allowing to truly open up and reconnect with themselves, Mother Earth, and each other was pure divine alignment. We laughed, cried, ate good, played our music, we allowed ourselves to just be! From the water to the clay to the beautiful sounds of chimes, drums and our voices we heard our call back to love ourselves, to forgive ourselves, to give ourselves grace. This was such a magical time!!! We are planning more local ones and day ones so all can attend. We love you we thank you for being there. We are so grateful and honored to be part of this journey with you!!!

This is why I do what I do and love what I do! Getting to the root cause. When you come work with me in a private session, I deep dive into the childhood and look at the root cause of any traumas that took place and clear that energy of that trauma. When you enter a Sound Healing with me, you’re not only relaxing deeply, you’re self healing any underlying traumas that may be from other lifetimes or from this childhood, when I speak light language it’s for you and the group, when we share, we connect the dots. We also have attachments with each other, with family, with friends and often you’re feeling the energy, the feelings, the emotions of others. If you feel off it may not even be your “stuff”. So, I imagine roots coming out of my feet and pushing deep into the ground and connecting with Earth, the Great Mother, she has unconditional love for you!! I imagine the soft wind on my face blowing away what’s weighing me down. I breathe in long and slow and breath out longer and slower. Try it… see and feel the difference!!! has created this most amazing line of natural products… something for everyone.. my Dad is using the Juniper Joint Rub for his back.. he said he only needs to apply once and lasts all day. He said he’s never had anything like it!! And I know this because I have bought countless products… this makes my heart happy!!! I love H**p products, they work and these are by far the best. They have great salves that come in sticks for travel or care packages for your college students!! Moonbeam for those period cramps, lip balm, elderberry + because we are not there to take care of them so add that in! And so much more!!! Take a look! I’m so grateful for all these!! The Restore!! This right here!! You all have it! You all are such powerful beings, you just forgot. Yes we can remote view, use telepathy, move things with our energy, self heal, but you forgot how.
