There is magic on the horizon💫

Join us as we bring the beauty and bliss of ‘s sound baths out into the with us as we take to our lovely Wallkill River for our SUP yoga and river float sessions for two magical evenings in August. Mark your calendars and secure your spots for what is sure to be a journey like no other.

Event includes all the gear, an on land paddle demo, a fun little community river paddle, and a short and oh so sweet gentle breathing and movement session on the boards, before we fully surrender to the sounds of the songbirds and Ananda, as the river floats us home.

Come experience the music🎸, the history📔, and the rapture🔥 of the iconic in a way like no other.

This short paddle through the marina allows you to anchor to the shore, be on the water, bask in the sun, avoid the crowds (and the high festival ticket price) and float your cares away to the musical stylings of all the talented artists the last day of Newport 2025 has to offer. What a gift 💝

We have two offerings happening on Saturday mornings for our West Point Peeps and fams!

Check out Yoga at Trophy Point happening this Saturday at 9am!

And SUP Yoga in the Elements is happening every Saturday morning at 8 am out on our paddleboards at Round Pond. (No class July 12th or July 26th)

Join us outside as we connect with the elements and move with intention, calming the nervous system, steadying the mind, and cultivating mindfulness through the practice of yoga in all its forms.
