🏆 TRULY INSPIRING! 🏆 Golds Gym Newburgh and Middletown member Chris Palmer took on two bodybuilding competitions over the last two weekends. His results were outstanding!

NJ State Championships:
Masters over 35:🥇
Open Heavyweight: 🥉 out of 5

East Coast Mecca Championships:
Masters over 35: 🥈
Open Heavyweight: 4th out of 4

Chris has been competing for more than 4 years and has been a member at Gold’s for over 5. Training for these two shows consisted of 23.5 weeks of prep from start to finish and he coached himself! He said he’s looking forward to competing again late next year.
