Our small privately owned healthcare facility is searching for a qualified Director of Nursing to lead and oversee our nursing department. As Director of Nursing, your goal will be to develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality patient care.

The ideal candidate for this position has proven experience in a nursing leadership role, organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of healthcare rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Supervising all nursing staff
Maintaining high standards of care for all patients
Managing patients' data and medical records as confidential records
Communicating with doctors, patients and family members about patient health
Recruiting and training new nursing staff

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with a current license in good standing.
