HIRING MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR (Middletown)
Full Time position with benefits
Maintains fleet of vehicles
Maintains four office buildings
Assists with client homes
Landscapes and mows grounds
Ensures grounds outside are safe and clear in compromising weather prior to staff arrival
Maintaining equipment
General knowledge of vehicles and office maintenance a must!
