Blossom Grove Therapy is an outpatient mental health practice in Middletown that serves children, teens, adults, and families. We specialize primarily in anxiety and OCD treatment and offer compassionate, evidence-based outpatient therapy services.

At Blossom Grove Therapy, we spend our days supporting others through anxiety, OCD, stress, and life’s hardest moments — but connection and laughter matter too. 🤍

This week, our team traded therapy offices for trivia questions, appetizers, and lots of laughs at happy hour together. Building a strong, supportive team behind the scenes helps us continue showing up fully for the clients and families we care for every day.

Blossom Grove Therapy Welcomes Aurora Tafuto, PMHNP Compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 9 years of nursing experience in diverse acute care settings including the VA CT Healthcare System and Level I trauma hospitals. Primary clinical specialties include neuroscience and psychiatry with additional experience across various acute care nursing specialties. Aurora holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a minor in Psychology from Norwich University and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner concentration from Ohio University.
