Today we celebrated our RCCA, Paulette Ward’s retirement! Paulette has been part of the Athena family, working first at Middlesex HCC until transferring to Wadsworth, for over 20 years! Paulette was even inducted into the CNA Hall of Fame in 2023! Her calm effect, reliability, dedication and positivity will be missed! Enjoy your retirement Paulette,you definitely deserve it! 💗🎉

We need to shout out our July and August Employees of the Month🤩
July was Juan Cruz from our housekeeping and laundry department! Juan is such a hard worker and always one to offer a smile. Not to mention, he is a grill master who helps during employee and resident cookouts🍔
Our August Employee of the Month is Jessica Sennik from our dietary department. Jessica is a dedicated employee who came to us from Middlesex HCC. She is surpassed by none when it comes to customer service and positive attitude, plus she makes the best salads around!
We are so lucky to have both as part of the Wadsworth family! Thank you, Juan and Jessica, for all you do each and every day!!

Friday smile: Tom used to be a music teacher and he has treated us many times with a beautiful tune on the piano; today, he is giving a piano lesson to fellow resident Dortha. It’s the small moments of humanity that just brighten one’s day!
