Our Agency is Looking to hire a Dedicated Holder of either C.N.A. or H.H.A. License with at least a year of working experience with Elderly parent either at the comfort of their home or A place reasonable for care.
# Caregiver duties and responsibilities
Caregivers help clients with everyday activities, from domestic tasks to completing errands. Other essential duties and responsibilities of the Caregiver include:
~Serving as a companion to clients.
~Transporting clients to and from appointments, errands and activities.
~Medical Reminder.
~Preparing meals and shopping for groceries or other essentials.
~Providing care across a variety of settings, including group homes and day service programs.
~Caregiver skills and qualifications.
You must also be able to Impact the follow abilities as Caregiver while on the Job:
* Empathy and the ability to care for the client's social, emotional, physical and mental health.
*Proficient with the proper handling of medications.
*Ability to multi-task, be flexible and organized.
*Ability to remain calm and handle any emergencies that may arise.
*Exceptionally patient, good at listening and responding to others' needs.
*Proficient in some domestic chores such as preparing meals and cleaning.
*Trained in specialized areas of care, for example, dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

Home Health Care industry has been dealing around the life of elderly parent either few hours or 24 hourly Live-In services with client and family members that needed the care for their love ones. There is a recurring problem that continues to feed into the industry between providers and clients that needs the help.
Care Providers treat the industry as business looking for the entity survival by working around client family members that are looking to have someone that will properly care for their love ones. This motivate many providers to efficiently seek for good Nursing Assistant (N.A.) or Patient Care Assistance (PCA,) with satisfactory service and eligible to work around the aged parent that needs companionship, or for special services dealing with dementia client, incontinent client or a client that no longer able to bear their weight.
The Patient Care Assistant before hired, has to go through application and orientation process to guarantee the efficient care on any client care. There is a recurring problem that keep coming back between providers and client. Some of this problem are avoidable when a proper supervision is effectively accounted on care.
Relationship Between Providers And N.A. OR P.C.A
The mind set at this point is business inclined and nothing else. PCA are hired to fill any new case that set-in base on the background and employee referral trust secured from other provider, it is assumed that proper care will be made effective one a caregiver is entrusted on a case. In every case especially new one, there is always offset that occurs either between the caregiver and the client or the case is wrongly misunderstood. This means either the case might need the right PCA with a set of skill or some form of arrangement has to be considered to keep both the client and the caregiver in line. Improper supervision may end up making cases that suppose to go easy goes sour for both the client as well as the caregiver
Relationship Between A Provider And The Client.
There is a possibility for a provider to secure an initial orientation until a PCA is place on the job and that’s all about it. The remaining of what and how the care plan continues really isn’t something of concern. Where there are problems on care that needs attention, unless the PCA saves the day; providers sometimes lost out of the picture and so no proper step is taken to ensure the problem goes away.
