After the intensity of eclipse season, this 30-minute guided meditation arrives like a breath of fresh air and peace after the storm. The Libra New Moon invites you to return home to your center, to soften your nervous system, and to remember the harmony that already lives within you.

You’ll begin with gentle body surrender and breath awareness before journeying into an astrological reflection on Libra’s energy - exploring partnership, balance, and beauty through the lens of Venus. From there, you’ll be guided through a visualization set in an enchanted forest glade, where earth and air meet, where you’ll release what no longer serves you and anchor into self-worth, reciprocity, and a state of inner calm.

Bring any gently worn clothes, accessories, or shoes you’d like to part with. You’re welcome to swap, sell, or simply donate and anything left at the end of the night (that you don’t want to take back home) will be donated to a local women’s shelter.

Dawn’s journey has embraced all forms of yoga and qi-gong, always guided by the belief that movement is for everyone. Dawn has created inclusive classes for seniors with disabilities, hockey teams, and children with Autism, tailoring practices to meet each student where they are. It is always about connection between practices, communities, and teaching styles. Music transcends all of this, and this is why she is proud to support the Asbury Park Music Foundation through this class.

100% of the donations will be given to Asbury Park Music Lives, a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping music alive in the community.
