This gentle, healing practice is designed to help you slow down, unwind, and bring a deeper sense of peace and stillness to the mind & body.

The support of props allows us to fully surrender into each pose, tapping into the calming side of the nervous system and releasing deeply held tension & stress in the body.

No yoga or meditation experience is needed; all levels are welcome!
