Sunday morning class offering, this Sunday March 30 at 10:00.

Join me this week for a class focused on how to preserve our life energy to be more effective in how we expend ourselves. Consider your life energy as a shooting star. It shines bright as it shoots across the sky as it fades out as the energy is expelled. When we learn how to moderate our energy, we can avoid burn out in our everyday functions.

Sunday slow flow class utilizes meditation on theme, breath work to connect the mind and body, an all levels flow and closes out with an extended rest with an offering of reiki - a loving and kind energy work.

Suggested donation of $15 dollars for an hour long class, cash and Venmo is accepted. Please PM me to reserve your spot.

This Sunday, March 23, I am offering a Sunday morning slow flow class. This week class will include yoga themes of self acceptance and fulfillment, with a flow designed to work the hips and shoulder through beginner friendly movements. Send me a PM to reserve your spot. This is short notice - but if you are finding yourself feeling on thin ice, hanging on by a rope, or just overwhelmed in general by all of the uncertainty occurring in the world currently - I am offering a one hour mindfulness class tomorrow morning at 10:00. This class will focus on stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system and allowing your mind and body a connection to restore a sense of internal peace. This is a slow moving class and open to all abilities. We will focus on breath work, yoga principles of kindness and truth and mindfulness techniques, along with slow yoga asana (poses) flow to connect the mind, breath and body. It will close with an extended and shavasana (rest) with individual reiki (calming and loving energy). Donations accepted, $15 suggested donation. Space is limited. As I work through my week, my mind has been focusing on kindness towards self. In yoga, we practice Ahimsa, which a a Sanskrit word that means non-violence, or non harming, or, in more simple terms kindness to yourself in others. If you are struggling with providing yourself that kindness, or you are struggling to make time for yourself, consider attending a private class and let’s work together to get that self love back on track 🤍🧘‍♀️
