Sharp Park Campground went above and beyond with the camping experience! The staff was so kind and eager to help. They made us feel right at home. Thank you is not enough with for the one-of-a-kind experience they gave us. Everyone had an amazing time!

With the Barry County Fair fast approaching, we thought we'd get in a practice run with our very own carnival!! Games and prizes, homemade carmel corn (the best ever), cotton candy and lemonade. What a fun afternoon and we'll forever have carousel music on repeat in our heads 😁

Hi All! With temperatures rising and building projects underway, we thought posting some building updates would be helpful:

This weekend, June 28th and 29th, we are having areas of our parking lot re-striped and cracks sealed. Please be cautious when coming to visit and follow the signs/ directions for parking. The east parking lot will be the only onsite parking available during this time. As usual, please DO NOT park in the circle drive as that is reserved for quick drop offs and Thornapple Township Emergency Services use ONLY! Those parked for extended periods of time will be towed.

It is unseasonably hot and humid. Our building AC is currently on and running. Just as it is at anyone's house, if you open windows, the hot and humid air comes in and the cold air goes out. To ensure this doesn't happen, please keep all windows shut AND locked so windows are properly sealed to prevent drafts and cooling the outdoors. If rooms are still warm, please open hallway doors to ensure circulation of the cool air. Fans are also great to keep the circulation of air going in rooms. If an additional AC is wanted, please speak to the office about additional AC units that can be installed in the rooms.
