To better serve our patients, the pharmacy has signed up with a new text messaging service called NIMBLE. This service texts you when your prescriptions are ready, offers 2-way texting with pharmacy staff, and other features, such as prescription pre-pay, will also be available shortly!

SB252 was signed into law yesterday by Governor Kay Ivey! This is a huge deal, and we are so excited to see this legislation get passed. Thank you to all of our legislators and supporters who have called, emailed, and traveled to Montgomery over the past several months. We look forward to continuing to serve our community for many years to come!

Major kudos to the Alabama Independent Pharmacy Alliance for getting this bill to the finish line. Now that both the Senate and House have passed Senate Bill 252 it is simply a matter of Governor Ivey signing it into law. **UPDATE** The Community Pharmacy Relief bill SB252 just passed on the House floor unanimously!! 🎉🎉 It will go back to the Senate to approve some amendments added in the House, and then on to Governor Ivey’s desk.

**UPDATE** SB252 passed unanimously week before last in the Senate, and today it passed unanimously in the House committee! It is set to go to the House floor for a vote next Tuesday.

We still have a few hurdles to jump before we make it to the finish line, but we are getting closer to getting this signed into law. Thank you everyone for your support! This bill will keep independent pharmacy doors open.
