Bam! Here is one of our painters with a bad rotator cuff tear and challengesd us to get him back to work before his busy season starts this summer. Here he is 2 months after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair back to painting and back to producing for his company pain free! We love the industrious attitude ! Deciding if surgery is needed is a big decision which we don’t take lightly. Provider spotlight 🚨 ‼️ Ralph Simone is a board-eligible physician assistant specializing in orthopedic surgery. He graduated magna cm laude from St. John’s University with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Sacred Heart University. Originally from Long Island, NY, Ralph brings a strong academic background and a deep passion for musculoskeletal health to his clinical practice.

During his clinical training, Ralph completed orthopedic surgery rotations at NewYork-Presbyterian and Montefiore Medical Center, where he gained hands-on experience in joint replacement, sports medicine, and trauma care. These experiences solidified his dedication to helping patients recover from injury and return to the activities they love.

A lifelong athlete and former competitor in football and baseball, Ralph understands the importance of movement and recovery. His passion for skiing, staying active, and traveling gives him a personal appreciation for musculoskeletal health—something he strives to restore in each of his patients. Ralph is proud to be part of a team that helps patients get back to doing what they love.

She brings 15 years of Orthopaedic surgical experience to our team. Nicole graduated with honors from the University of Maryland then went on to complete her physician assistant training at Pace University / Lenox hill hospital in Manhattan. Grau is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the non-operative and operative treatment of orthopedic conditions of the hip, shoulder, and knee. Dr. Grau serves in the capacity of Medical Director and Chief of Adult Joint Reconstruction of Grau Orthopaedics and has been voted as a Top Doctor and Rising Star in the New York metropolitan area by Castle Connolly. He is also the Director of Robotic Joint Replacement at Hudson Regional Hospital. Dr. Grau’s clinical interests include minimally invasive surgical techniques which help promote a more rapid recovery. He has advanced training in arthroscopy, direct anterior hip replacement, quad-sparing partial and total knee replacement, and is an expert in robotic arm-assisted and computer-navigated partial and total joint replacement.

One of our fellow New Jersey Cubans who had a devastating shoulder injury from a trauma which rendered her arm useless. Here she is after reverse shoulder replacement able to lift her arm and do things we take for granted like combing her hair and lifting objects and preparing food for herself and her family. Great to see you back in form !

There she is ! Our amazing recovery room nurse back to work only two months after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. She injured herself at work helping a patient and we were able to repair her torn shoulder tendons and get her back to work in half the expected recovery time! In surgery the devil is in the details ! We always offer a patient centered approach to treatment options and recovery and use the latest surgical techniques to get our patients where they want to be.
