We treat each individual, couple and family with care and design a plan specifically for them. We also work with them to break through the barriers that have kept them stuck in a place they no longer want to be and help them find the healing that can provide fullness in their lives. We accomplish this by designing a plan that fits the clients' goals through individual, couple, family therapy, group therapy, and psycho-educational programs and training. We provide in office and telehealth sessions. Who We Are

Our counselors possess a wealth of experience, both clinically and in life, including trauma, crisis, abuse, family issues, grief, individual growth, depression, anxiety and eating disorders. We are continually developing methods which are creative and innovative to help bring about positive and healthy results.
