There is always more than one path to take, and there are several perspectives and options to consider when looking to solve a problem or move towards a specific goal. I focus on engaging clients where they are and helping them move to where they want to go. Through the development of customized treatment, I can help clients fully realize their strengths, learn new skills and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things in a different, healthier way. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential space where you can express your concerns, learn healthy coping skills, and develop self-care strategies to help you find balance and happiness in your life.
