Counseling should be as individualized as you are unique. There is always more than one path to take, and there are several perspectives and options to consider when looking to solve a problem or move towards a specific goal. I focus on engaging clients where they are and helping them move to where they want to go. Through the development of customized treatment, I can help clients fully realize their strengths, learn new skills and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things in a different, healthier way. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential space where you can express your concerns, learn healthy coping skills, and develop self-care strategies to help you find balance and happiness in your life.
