Kids move like they’re meant to - free and fast. Watching them rebuild that is something else.
For Luca, we’ve been focusing on building strength and control in every plane of motion after a fractured tibia. Every rep reduces injury risk and helps him return to the ice with confidence. 🏒
Progress like this is always incredible to witness and a powerful reminder of what a privilege it is to move.💪

A few years ago, this doc became a patient after ankle surgery.
It all started with a rough sprain back in HS soccer. My body compensated for years through CrossFit, marathons, even an Ironman…until it caught up to me.
(Shoutout to my wife for the rescue when my calf seized mid-run. That was an unwelcome first!)
Once I finally had ankle surgery, I went through everything my patients face. Pain, frustration, setbacks, the emotional rollercoaster.
But I knew one thing most don’t: what the last day of PT could feel like.
I knew I’d walk out stronger in body, mind, and spirit because I’ve seen all of you do it. 💪
