You’re not tired of the goal. You’re tired of the discomfort that comes with earning it.
Most people quit the moment the soreness shows up. They mistake temporary pain for failure. They let one hard workout, one bad day, or one slow week convince them nothing is working.
But soreness is not proof that you should stop.
It’s proof that your body is being challenged.
Progress isn’t always loud. It doesn’t always feel good in the moment. Sometimes it feels heavy, inconvenient, frustrating, and slow.
