Waking up with the sniffles on a Saturday? We know that’s never fun. 🤧
Since we are closed today, here are three simple ways to manage minor cold symptoms at home until you can see us on Monday:
1. 💧 Hydration is Key: Drink plenty of water, broth, or tea to soothe the throat.
2. 🥣 Humidify: Use a cool-mist humidifier to ease congestion.
3. 🛌 Extra Rest: Your body fights illness best while you sleep!
