Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a method of Hypnosis that involves inducing an individual into a state of deep relaxation in order to access the Subconscious or Higher Self. Upon doing so, we are not only able to access memories from past life experiences, but we are also able to work with the power of the Subconscious to address any physical or emotional issues that may be causing problems in their present life and heal them at the deepest level possible. Biofield Tuning with Stephani Kolevar

Biofield Tuning is the result of over 20 years of sound healing research by Eileen McKusick. This method addresses what is keeping us stuck in rigid patterns of thoughts, behaviors, and feelings. Our life experiences leave us with records of what happened, how we felt about it, and how we perceived it. These records continue to stay with us unless we do something to get them unstuck in the body.
During a Biofield Tuning session, stuck energy patterns will be identified using a pendulum and a 174Hz tuning fork. Then, based on what is found in each client, tuning forks of various frequencies will be used to help loosen up the stuck energy. Clients may feel immediate relief after one session or may need multiple sessions.
Stephani is a 500-hour E-RYT (registered yoga teacher) and just recently discovered sound healing after 20 years of teaching yoga. In 2022 she started leading group sound baths, and in 2024 attended Biofield tuning training. She received her 100-hour Sound Healing Certificate through YogaFit in 2025. She describes Biofield Tuning as “personal training” while Sound Baths are more like “group exercise”. Both are great additions in your journey to healing!

Class is taught by Reiki Master Kristin Szyperski. This is a 3-day intensive course. In the class you will: Learn the complete Holy Fire Reiki III® Usui/Tibetan Master Training process, complete with all the Placements, Experiences, and Ignitions for all levels (Reiki 1, Reiki 2, Advanced and Master). The Holy Fire Symbol will be given, attuning you to Holy Fire III® Reiki energy. We will share Holy Fire III® Reiki perspectives on the 12 heavens inside us, a unique view of the spirit, soul and ego, and more to encourage your growth as a Reiki Master. Lots of practice time doing reiki sessions, along with tips on successfully conducting the Experiences, Placements, and Ignitions is built into the training. Kristin shares the values and spiritual orientation of a true Reiki Master. Class time includes practice so each student becomes confident in administering Reiki placements and ignitions. This class is a powerful learning and healing experience. A class manual is included that gives detailed steps for giving all the attunements. Guided Breathwork with Mike is a fully guided, body-centered breathing experience designed to support relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. You’ll be gently led through simple breathing techniques and mindful awareness, with clear cues and options offered throughout the session. No prior experience is needed—this practice meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or have an established practice, you’re invited to move at your own pace and listen to what your body needs in the moment.

Michael Wenzel owner and founder of Deep Roots Wellness LLC is an addiction peer recovery mentor, a 100-hour certified meditation teacher, certified peer mindfulness mentor, and certified breathwork facilitator, currently expanding his training through a 300-hour meditation teacher program.
