Meet Joy ❀️ y'all she is one of our biz partners who I just met in person last week!
You would of thought we have known each other forever!!!! ❀️
Her testimony inspired me so much I asked her if I could share it:

I did it βœ”οΈ I completed R3 for the first time πŸ‘

I had ”tried” twice before but gave up.

This time when Susan asked us why we were doing the ShowUp Challenge, I had answered because I want to say I did it and I did!

You guys, I was ready to throw in the towel on day 2 but so glad Sabrina Wittekind encouraged me to keep going!

I’ve lost 8 lbs and several inches.

My belly is flat and it hasn’t been since having 4 kids.

I am healthier than I’ve ever been and it’s changed my entire mindset around food! I no longer crave junk food and don’t snack late at night.

I went from a size 10-12 in pants to an 8 and I need to go shopping for new jeans!

When you look better, feel better and others notice it too, you don’t want to go back to the way things were!

R3 has changed my life!!! πŸ˜±πŸ˜­πŸŽ‰

THE FACTS
Over 25% of American adults sit for more than 8 hours every day. 44% of those people get little to no exercise.
The average American watches approximately 3 hours of television every day.
The average American is active less than 20 minutes every day.
60-75 minutes of moderate activity (steady walking) can counter the effects of too much sitting.
A 2011 study documented 800,000 people and their sitting habits. The study found that people who sit the most, compared to people who sit the least, have a greater risk of disease and death:

112% increased risk of diabetes.
147% increased risk of cardiovascular events like heart attack and stroke.
90% increased risk of death from cardiovascular events.
49% increased risk of death from any cause.
