The reason you are still dehydrated despite drinking SO much water…

Your water lacks minerals!

Our water is completely stripped from its naturally occurring minerals and electrolytes during the distillation/purification process. And if you drink water from the tap, you’re drinking a concoction of chemicals and lead! Unless you are drinking water from a natural spring, our water is empty. There is nothing in it to drive hydration into the cell. This is why the more water we drink, the more we p*e. Our body isn’t retaining any hydration and it’s running right through us.

The easiest way to add back minerals into your water: add a pinch of NATURAL SALT into your water. Celtic sea salt, Himalayan salt, anything but cheap table salt. You need salt that isn’t processed. Salt drives hydration into the cells and replenishes your body with necessary electrolytes.
