I know a lot of people are struggling with worry and anxiety right now; so I thought I would share some of the apps that I love to recommend to my clients.
Woebot - an interactive robot that teaches you skills like mindfulness and CBT to manage emotions.
Clear Fear - techniques for managing worries, fear, and anxiety.
Happify - Guided meditation, CBT skills, and positive psychology interventions.
Reflectly - very simple, quick journaling app
Stop, Breathe, Think - Great app for mindfulness, guided meditation, and breathing. There’s a great kids’ version, too!
Headspace - Another great mindfulness app; probably the most recommended, but If I remember right, not much of it is free.
Down Dog - Yoga for the whole family
Daylio - Another wonderful journaling/diary app
TappingSolution - Teaches EFT; or “tapping”, a simple way of quickly managing negative emotions and worries.
