Comfort food, but make it macro-friendly.
This crockpot lasagna soup came out to 408 calories, 38g protein, 44g carbs, and 11g fat per serving and it was exactly what we needed on a cozy night in.
Simple ingredients, no babysitting the stove, and packed with flavor.

Ingredients
• 32 oz Rao’s Marinara
• 2 x 24 oz cartons H-E-B Bone Broth (48 oz total)
• 2.18 lbs extra lean ground beef
• 13.23 oz box egg lasagna noodles (Central Market)
• 1 large white onion, diced
• 4 tbsp minced garlic
• 4 tbsp Italian seasoning
• 2 tbsp red pepper flakes (for spice🌶️)
• Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
2. Add cooked beef to your crockpot, followed by marinara, bone broth, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and salt.
3. Stir everything to combine. Cook on:
• High for 3–4 hours, or
• Low for 6–7 hours
4. About 30 minutes before it’s done, break the egg lasagna noodles into pieces and stir them into the soup. Cook until noodles are al dente (about 20–30 minutes on high).
