Okay, but really, how awkward is pelvic floor therapy.

Talking about intimacy, your bathroom habits, and everything else under the sun can be vulnerable.

I’m Sierra, a pelvic floor therapist here in Midland, MI and I am here to support you without judgement or shame. Nothing is TMI.

The first visit is a time for us to gain trust by gathering info on my lifestyle and pain points. An internal exam isn’t always necessary on that first visit.

If internal exams are needed they are done discreetly and at your pace.

Instead we focus on breathing, mobility and strength during that first visit.

Your treatment plan will be based on the 3 C’s:
✅ Check - what we need to fix
✅ Change - what we need to fix
✅ Challenge - what we fixed
