Vail House-Midland Quality personal care and community inclusion services for individuals with disabilities.

Individualized support is based on the individual's Person Centered Plan goals and objectives. Services can include personal and household care support such as cooking, feeding, cleaning, bathing, grooming, toileting, and community inclusion. The primary focus is to help the individual learn skills needed to realize a full life in their home and community.
