Sometimes the best reset only takes 5 minutes
In the middle of busy days, stress, and everything life throws at us, it’s easy to forget to check in with ourselves. This simple mental health check is a great place to start:
🤍 Have you stretched or moved your body
🤍 Have you eaten something nourishing?
🤍 Are you hydrated?
🤍 Did you get enough rest?
🤍 Have you been kind to yourself (and others)?
🤍 Most importantly… how are you really feeling?
Small moments of awareness can make a big difference. You don’t have to do everything perfectly—just start somewhere.
