With summer in full swing our UV index can get very high leading to strong UV rays hitting your skin. It's important to use sunscreen to protect your skin from damaging rays that can age and harm your skin.

Make sure to also wear sun hats and your sunglasses and to apply sunscreen after going in the water or after a few hours outside. Keeping your skin protected not only helps keep it young and healthy but reduces your risk of skin cancer.
