How do you ground yourself as you wait for your baby? Warm tea? Barefoot in the grass? Gentle stretches? Soft music? Journaling? Talking to baby? It’s not a countdown, but a becoming. This midwife spends time outside as I wait with you. Slowing down. Breathing deeper. Pausing with open hands and a full heart. It’s a sacred time. .

This baby GIRL 🌸💗 made her grand entrance into the world when her mama had a 1 hour and 6 minute labor—start to finish! Her Mama was completely amazing!
