🖤 Yoga Therapy for Black Women in Menopause
A sacred space for rest, renewal, and radical self-care.
Menopause is a powerful transition, not a problem to fix, but a season to honor.
This 4-week virtual yoga therapy series is intentionally designed for Black women to reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner wisdom through movement, mudras, and mindfulness.

🌬️ Breathwork to soothe hot flashes, stress, and sleep issues
🤲🏾 Mudras to balance energy and support emotional grounding
🖊️ Guided journaling + reflection
